What's the difference between quick and official connection?
Quick connection links to your existing WhatsApp in minutes, and you can keep replying from your phone. Official connection goes through Meta approval and suits businesses with many enquiries, bulk messaging and in-chat buttons. Not sure? Message us and we'll recommend one.
Can I message all my customers at once?
Yes, with broadcast messages on the official connection. You send Meta-approved message templates, only to customers who agreed to hear from your business. Buy a prepaid message package with no expiry; Meta's per-message fee is separate.
Do I need tech skills or a developer?
No. We guide the connection, and you enter your business info in plain language, the way you'd brief a new employee.
Can I use my existing business number?
Yes. With quick connection the number keeps working in the regular app. With official connection the number runs through the platform, and we'll walk you through that before starting.
Can my number get blocked?
With official connection the number is approved by Meta, which is the safest route. Quick connection suits normal use: replying to customers who contact you. To protect the number, don't send mass messages to people who didn't ask for them. If you plan to send messages in bulk, choose the official connection.
What happens when the bot doesn't know the answer?
The bot doesn't make things up. If the question isn't covered by your business info, it tells the customer someone will get back to them and sends you an alert with the details.
How long until the bot is live?

Is there a commitment?
